Refund and cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Ms. Tripti Gulati. I strive to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. Please review my refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Service Cancellation

Service Cancellation by the client is not permitted. Only under exceptional circumstances can the clients reschedule the service by providing notice at least 8 (eight) hours prior to the scheduled service time, only via email at care@celestialmagix.com. 

2. Refund Eligibility.

Refunds are considered only in case the service is not provided by Ms. Tripti Gulati due to unforeseen circumstance(s) on her side. Under such circumstances the client shall request for a refund by sending an email to care@celestialmagix.com within 48 hours of the expiry of the appointment/scheduled service time.

Under no other circumstance(s) will request(s) for refund be considered. 

3. Force Majeure

I am not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond my control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
